Tech Clinic / MSN Messenger error codes

Hi
I run XP and have Kaspersky plus a few other security themes such as Spyhunter, hijack this etc. I recently had error codes come up when I was promted to download the new Windows Live for messenger. I have tried to correct this by removing and installing the program wiith no luck. I have sent the codes away as requested to fix same with no luck either. I believe it is within my security settings but cannot seem to get it right. Can anyone help please?
