Referrals/Free iPods Forum / Question on this Referral sites

I was just wondering.... If Im already a member of..lets say.. yourfreeiphone.com...can I be referred by somebody else and sign up a 2nd time?
Ive been trying to get people to referr me while also helping them out...but a few of them need the referrals to the same program im doing.

any help or ideas would be greatful

Im looking for help w/ my referrals.

Your best bet would be to sign up for Stamps.com...you'd need a CC though but its FREE!
You sign up for the 4 week trial and need to stay a member for atleast 21 days before you cancel.
100% free as long as you remember to cancel on day 21..or before the 28th day.
