Hi again,
sorry for not replying earlier, has been away..any way..my pc is working now and I chose to install another firewall instate of sp2..
I thank you so very much for ur assisstance ..but I do have one question, pls tell me what is the cwsserviceremove.reg about?? do I really need all the entries in it ? i tried to see what is it about ..some words look encrypted which is worring me.. I would be very happy if explain to me why it is important and why all the services and what does for example :
-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Services\½O.#ž‚„õØ´â]
mean?????? there are many entries like this.. pls explain

I did all the steps in details as u discribed except these:

===Open Hijackthis>>Open Misc Tools Section>>Open "Delete an NT Service"
Copy and Paste the next entry in bold to the blank box and hit OK

Network Security Service

Do the same for this service name

coz didn't know what u ment by : Copy and Paste the next entry in bold to ...........I mean copy from where? any way I tried to write them in the blank box..and hit ok..it said: didn't find them-..

Tech Clinic / need help to remove trojan dropper

I have done all the steps now .. i have one problem now... it is when I have installed sp2 then dubble cklicking on any folder on the desktop couses Dr watson and have to restart...

Now I uninstalled sp2 and everything else is ok...consedring to buy a private firewall instate of Sp2.. what do u recommend...

I do not know what is attachment=49, pls explain...

...I did almost all the stages exept :

******** I did run Ad-Aware SE Personal, the result was not good coz the system freezed all night and I got a message that my system is runing low on virtual memory and windows is trying to alocate more memory...

as u see cant remove c:\WINDOWS\system32\appdx32.exe I tried to remove it manually.. but I get access denied.

Hi again and milion thanks for replying ..

well here is what is not working :
 Dubble klicking on: my computer, my network places, control panel couses system freez and DrWatsoon that says that it must end this program, usualy I have to restart again

here is what works:
right cklicking on my computer and navigating there
internet explorer
messenger
run commndo
regedit

Here is what i did:
1-started in safe mode, runned symantic anti virus, found trojan dropper
installer32.
2- restarted in normal mode and disabled system restore and runned hijackthis and posted it here

3-  restarted pc but still cant dubble click on all above so I uninstalled SP2 fron run command c:\windows\$NtServicePackUninstall$\spuninst\spuninst.exe

4- unpplaged my pc from internet and  started pc from Cd drive with xp sp1 CD and repaired my xp and then installed sp2 again

5- restarted pc ..still ahve the problem
runned DrWatson from run drwtsn32 and noticed that Paltalk messenger has coused a problem the same day that I had the trojan dropper 18/02/2005

now i want to uninstall Paltalk but can't get in control panel.. do u know how to do from command or from DoS ?? do u think it is a good idea??..

Tech Clinic / need help to remove trojan dropper

Hi ...
Please help...I got trojan dropper installer2.exe and I tried to remove it with semantic anti virus but it seems that the damage is over all, I can't open my computer or any program in my pc...please tell me what to do..
