If you want to wait forever on conga lines or get taken on trades, go ahead. But you should try this site out.
Its called RefStop and I signed up and got my 11 referrals for my Mac Mini in a week and a half. It is really great, the way it works is this.
You sign up, enter the sites you need refs for, and then it brings up a list of active members who can trade with you. You can view a members feedback, search the forums for complaints about the member, etc. The system keeps scammers at bay because of the feedback system, and member with complaints against them get their accounts banned.
I hope youll check it out because its a lifesaver. Feel free to talk to the moderators, look around on the forums, etc before joining so you feel secure. I think youll find its the best way to get your referrals.

Yeah, except its regulated to reduce scammers to a minumum, and make it easy to get the refs you need by hooking you up with members with good feedback who can trade with you.

I have been using RefStop to get my refs and its really great. You sign up, and then you simply enter the site you need refs for, and you get a list of other members who can do trades with you. There is a feedback system so you know who you are dealing with, and scammers are quickly banned. They also have a great forum where you can get tips and help doing your refs. Its really great.
