Tech Clinic / My computer making loud humming sounds
« on: August 07, 2009, 08:33:25 PM »
Well, my computer always made a humming sound or hovering a sound if you will when i ran a lot of programs on my computer. I thought it just meant it was over-heating from me having so many browsers open. Well, recently I been hearing the sound a lot with only one browser open. I thought it be from the fan but I'm not certain. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Problem with combofix I ran it and it keeps saying you can't save it as combofix1 and I don't have the option to change the name. Then instead of running it I attempted to save it, it then wouldn't allow me to save to my desktop.

Tech Clinic / Need help with computer start up
« on: April 16, 2009, 01:50:06 AM »
Ok, for a few weeks now I been having a bunch of error pop ups when my computer starts up. It says Rundll32.exe."C:\Users\Benny\AppData\Roaming\c00DC67. I don't know much about how to stop this but I asked a friend and he went to my firewall or secruity center and put it as a blocked program. Stopped it for a few days then it came back. Then I did system recovery but that didn't help it. I'm not sure what else to do i blocked it but it keeps comming back up. I have a windows vista if that helps. Any help is greatly appreciated it takes me like 10 minutes to delete all the popups when i start my computer. I will anwser any questions I can to help.

I think this will just raise people to be more suspious of each person involved in a scammed trade regardless if your the victim or the scammer, you're still in it and can't trust anyone on this site now.

They don't all of them "retired" or stopped. Basically, like LB Bruce said this place is a paradise for scammers. They got nothing to loose, nobody cares there not going to get banned.

Tech Clinic / Having trouble downloading Diablo 2 (Vista)
« on: August 16, 2008, 04:28:39 PM »
Ok, I just bought D2 a few days ago since I quit rs and my 360 is getting repaird. Well, I know I have Vista and it doesn't run on Vista or atleast that's what the requirments say. Anyways, I went through a process of steps to switch to make it run, then it says error code c000005 which means I need more space in my harddrive. Anyways, is there anyway I can get more free space on my harddrive other then delete because I have all my recovery on it not that I need it but it takes up 90% and the tech guy said it eats up alot of space. Also, would you guys reccomend switching to a different Windows?
