Tech Clinic / It started w/ MSN Messenger problems

Help please, I have had problems w/ messenger 6.2, ended up uninstalling, but then couldn't reinstal. Figure some other problem was abound.
Ran the free Panda active scan, main infected file.
Ran Adaware from Lavasoft, X-cleaner, spysweeper and spybot am now down to the following when running Panda:
