Software / CD to HDD Autocopy

Hi

I'm using WinXP Professional.
I am looking for a software that Automatically copies the CD contents to a specified folder on the HDD when the CD is inserted in the Disk Drive.
Kinda spy copier.
Any Suggestions ?
