EDIT for update:
Check this out - those of you who e-mailed me opened up the account,referred your spouse/gf/bf/whoever, and got a total of $72, right? Well, you can get an additional $48 by opening up a joint account after referring yourself! So, this is what I did:
1) Referred myself and got the e-mail
2) Used the link I sent myself to open up the joint as me being the primary and husband being the secondary and filled out all the info.
3) Lo and behold - I got $24 and the new joint got $24 this morning (4/6/05)! $72 +$48=$120. Woohoo!
So, if you've got an extra $100 to spare - or if you want to recycle the other two deposits by withdrawing the money and using it to open the joint, go for it! So, it's now a total of $120!! All in a matter of two weeks! Wowsers!
