Software / Remote access for multiple computers at the same time

Hi,
I have a desktop computer which has windows xp professional and now I was wondering can we access this desktop remotely and the solution for a single access is possible. I would like to know, can multiple systems access that at the same time. If yes can you please suggest me how that can be done.
