Tech Clinic / Desktop wallpaper & right click disabled

Hi

Hi

I have the same problem http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'\' /> , but in win xp sp1, desktop and right click disabled, can i make the same steps!?!??!
