Tech Clinic / Can anybody help?

Chose one at the end. But one a had prevoiusly applied seem not to go away. It keep appearing as my computer boots up or shuts down, even though i have changed it to another.

It seems to have been installing somewhere in the computer startup or shut down log.

How can i disable it completely. I am using Win 2000
