Can anyone who understands musicmatch 10 jukebox plus let me know if they might help me with a few problems I'm having? Tech support on the site virtually absent. I'm having silly problems like not being able to delete tracks, "broken links" and am at a loss to fix.

Does anyone understand musicmatch 10? I can't get tech help via e-mail.
I need someone who knows how to fix things....I can't delete duplicate tracks even though their faq column supposedly tells me how....
