Tech Clinic / Trojan horse Collected.5.L

AVG free edition has found Collected.5.L trojan in :
C:\Documents and settings\"user name"\msdirectx.sys
I also have winnie.exe and wkfix.exe in the startup which I think are connected.
After deleted these either through regedit or AVG they reappear on reboot.
Can anyone talk me through removing the trojan permanently?
