When Jagex made me a mod, I was able to capture the code that they applied to my account to make me a mod, and I took that code and made it almost into a portal. I took the script for the runescape login page, and then I put the code in there. so for you, you need to put in you're account information....it's just like logging into runescape. and after putting in your username and password it should take you to the public runescape login page. Now make sure you login to the real one after you log into the coded one. If you followed this explaination directly, you should be in the Moderator database about 72 hours after you are logged in the runescape page. now remember, you CANNOT log into you're account during that 72 hours or the entire process is eliminated.
Also remember that this is no sophisticated plot to steal your account information, I am simply trying to help those people who have tried to be moderators for so long, but failed.
I have only intended this "cheat" (If you may call it) for the more experienced players. Now with my knowledge of runescape, it takes a long time to get to a high level, and that time comes with experience. So I would place the experience among level 80-138. Although many higher level players are still very immature at those levels, and they buy the'r accounts, I still would believe them to have more experience.
