Tech Clinic / No-CD ROM Drives Found

Good Day! My problem is that all of my burning softwares like nero/OJOsoft Total Video Converter etc. won't detect cd-rom/dvd writer.. no options what dc drive to be used for burning.. the cd drive is existing in the device manager and works fine.. it also run a cd/dvd movies... but in burning softwares it doesnt existing... i tried to remove the upper/lower filters from d registry but it still not workig.... im running windows xp and my cd/dvd-rom drive is PHILIPS SPD2410L1... HOPE SOMEONE COULD FIX MY PROBLEM...THANKS IN ADVANCE!
