Tech Clinic / Please someone help me..

Please help me someone. My NAV found 2 infected file,
Program files\msconfigs\MsConfigs.exe &
Windows\system32\p2pnetwork.exe
I've been successful in removing the msconfigs file & folder,
But I can't open my registry to remove any values, and my windows\system32 folder is completely missing!!!!!!
I'm at my wits end... Anybody ever experience this?
