Tech Clinic / PLEASE PLEASE help with major internet problem

Something is very wrong with my internet explorer.  First the homepage is clicksearch.com  if i change the homepage and load internet explorer again, it will return to clicksearch.  Then, if i remain online,  norton antivirus windows will appear nonstop about being unable to send email.

Please guide me on what to do, i have no idea.  I have run norton and an antispyware program on my entire system, but both fail to solve the problem.
