Software / XP Pro license problem

I have slipstreamed a XP Pro OEM CD and completed it with drivers for AMD SATA device to install on a Compaq CQ40 laptop.
Everything works fine until I enter the license number. None of the tree OEM licenses I have is accepted by the installation.
I have checked the "setupp.ini" file to make sure that the installation is an OEM. All the files come from an OEM CD.
Only the drivers for AMD SATA are added.
The license keys are correctly keyed in and checked.
Now I am at a dead end where the installation can not proceed
Anyone have a clue?
