Hardware / No Audio, CPU usage: 100%

Hello, I have an AMD athlon4000+ 64 bit 2.4 ghz with 1024mb of memory, i am operating on microsoft windows xp home edition and my computer keeps giving me an error message saying that I am too low on virtual memory and when I check the pc performance tab in the 'ctrl alt del' menu it shows that cpu usage is at 100% and pagefile usage is at 3.78 GB this began happening last night after I downloading microsoft's new anti-spyware software which deleted some spyware... it used to give me a message when I started my computer saying unknown process about win32 or something like that but since it deleted that spyware it does not show that message anymore but now this is happening can anyone please help.. or point me in the right direction? thank you
