Anyway, I am attempting an unattended install of W2K server which also installs the required SCSI adapter during the setup process.
My question is specifically about the txtsetup.oem file format.
The section [disks] has the format :
diskN = \"description\",tagfile,directory
The bit that concerns me is the \"tagfile\" value.
In the txtsetip.oem file I have from the manufacturer the tagfile value is \"disk.1\". I understand this means there should be a file called \"disk.1\" on my drivers disk, but does this file need to appear anywhere on the W2K server disk or the floppy that holds the WINNT.SIF file ?
Can I remove the tagfile reference completely from the [disks] section when doing an unattended install ?
Any advice on this issue greatly appreciated.
