trojan horse startpage

i tried numerous times to get rid of winlogon it wont let me do it manually or otherwise. i have recieved the trojan horse from winlogon please anyone know how to remove it at all

Yes, I know! Who writes these things! Right now Im downloading several programs that remove adware. I dont think they will work, I couldnt even find the .EB version on the top antivirus companys.
