I have an HP pavilion 9800 and I recently had a dual boot system configure with windows XP and Linux. I reformated both drives and started to install XP over on one of the drives. During the install process when the computer restarted itself the screen was black. I could hear it working but could not see a thing. I tried to get into the bios to reset the hardware conf. but I couldn't get into it during bootup. I even reset the bios by taking out the battery but this didn't help either. The HP screen during boot comes up but it is all messed up. Does anyone have any clue on what i can do??? thanks
