A friend of mine has a system file that is hanging when he shuts down. It's blelbg32.exe, and it's in the system32 folder, along with a pre-fetch file. I can't find any info on this file doing a google search. Spybot S&D, AdAware, and PCcillin do not pick it up. Any thoughts?
