Networking Wizard in XP

Everytime I try to run the network wizard in XP I get a Spooler Subsystem Error.
Clicking on more info it says:

AppName: spoolsv.ece               Ver   5.1.2600.0     ModName:  ntdll.dll
mod ver: 5.1.2600.1217                offset  002c32b

clicking on technical info i get:

files included in report:

spoolsv.exr.mdmp
appcompat.txt


Any suggestions??
