Hi there.....i am having trouble with my computer.....i have WindowsXP...i boot up ok...i keep getting the message in box form"ScnPanel.exe..then underneath it says..."Xpage3b.dll was not found"...i am on for like 10 minutes i go to open a program and the it wont open nothing on my desktop opens...even to close down to turn off the computer i have to manually push the button to switch off then come back on to turn it off properly....any ideas whats going on here...i went to download a dll file for it but the site wants me to pay..wouldnt...microsoft.com have this???.........thanks Melanie
