I had (desperate!) occasion to re-install Windows XP (home) about 3 months ago, since when my machine refuses to recognise that I have any functioing USB ports. I have tried downloading a fix from Intel, but when it gets to the wire, it tells me the drivers are already there. Details are pentium III processor, bad driver : intel ® 82371 AB/EB PCI to USB Universal Host contoller
Any suggestions?
