Hello,
After reading the topics in your forum I downloaded HijackThis and ran a scan. Access your Add/Remove Programs and remove if found
WebSearch Toolbar
WebSearch Tools
Search Assistant
Win-Tools Easy Installer

Do not reboot until they have all been removed even if prompted
When you are uninstalling the last program you can then reboot when prompted

On Restart
Set Windows to Show Hidden Files and Folders
* Click Start.
    * Open My Computer.
    * Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
    * Select the View Tab.
    * Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
    * Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
    * Uncheck the Hide Extensions for known file types
    * Click Yes to confirm.
    * Click OK.

Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows, including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
YES and exit Hijackthis

RESTART your Computer in SAFE MODE

Find and delete these file or folders in bold if they exist

Do a DiskCleanup>>START----Run---type in cleanmgr
Ensure that Temp and Temporary Internet Files are checked


Restart back in Normal mode

I see you have Spybot installed, if some entries are not removed this time, it may be because TeaTimer is running, we will have to disable it completely and try to cleanup the rest

I also suggest that you
Download and Install the free version of Ad-Aware SE Personal 1.05
Ensure you have this version or later
If you don't have this verision, uninstall yours and install this one
After installation-CHECK FOR UPDATES
Allow to download updates
Do a Full system scan----Remove All Critical objects
RESTART your computer to finish the cleaning process

Post back a Fresh hijackthis log and let me know if your problems are resolved

Just some final cleanup

Open Notepad (START>>>RUN>>>type in notepad) hit Enter
Copy the contents of the Quote box to notepad
In Notepad click FILE>>Save as
Name the file as search.reg
Change the Save as Type to All Files.
Save this file on the desktop
This will help to restore your default url search settings

Double click on search.reg and allow it to merge to the registry

Restart your computer
Back in windows
Access IE's Internet Options via Control Panel
Under the Programs tab "Reset Web Settings"
Under the General tab---Delete files + offline content---Also Reset home page

If everything is running better we should clear your System Restore points.
This will remove all your Restore points
Let's make sure you don't restore any Nasties
Follow these directions:
1. Right click the My Computer icon on the Desktop and click on Properties.
2. Click on the System Restore tab.
3. Put a check mark next to 'Turn off System Restore on All Drives'.
4. Click the 'OK' button.
5. You will be prompted to restart the computer. Click Yes.

When your back in Windows ensure to re-enable System Restore.
This will create a fresh restore point
==Follow steps one to five and on step three remove the check mark next to 'Turn off System Restore on All Drives'.

To Tighten up your Security you should  set up protection against further attacks.
You should install these spyware blockers
SpywareBlaster by JavaCool---will block bad ActiveX and malevolent cookies
Install---Check for Updates---Enable all protection

IE-Spyad---IE-SPYAD puts over 5000 sites in your restricted zone so you'll be protected when you visit innocent-looking sites that aren't actually innocent at all.
