I have almost finished with this bad boy, but I would love help unlocking my display settings. I have already been through the steps outlined by several other posts here, you guys are lifesavers!

Open Notepad (START>>>RUN>>>type in notepad) hit Enter
Copy the contents of the CODE box to notepad
In Notepad click FILE>>SAVE AS
IMPORTANT>>>Change the Save as Type to All Files.
Name the file as fix.reg

Save this in a folder

Double click on fix.reg and allow to merge to the registry

Restart the computer and let me know if you can access your Display properties options
If you can go to your Customize Desktop >>> Web tab and ensure to uncheck everything
Log off and back on again
