Apparantly referrals are needed for 2 reasons:
1. You're making sure you get your referral link out there
2. If you dont ever refer someone, the people who do get bumped up above you and you will never make it to the top of the list.
This site is as close to a scam as you can get. A waste of 40 bucks.
