Got 2 problems - not sure whether they're related
1. When connecting to internet (via ntlworld) system stops responding. When choosing end task after ctrl-alt-del and reclicking on ntlworld icon it has in fact connected - why the 'freeze'?
2. When shutting down the computer it always freezes on the background (after all icons have disappeared) and I have to reset before it will shut down.??
Anyone help?
