Aurora and Nail.exe virus HJTlog included

I got a virus from an AOL IM and now am infected with the Nail.exe virus and Aurora popups, and when I hit control+alt+delete, there is some application running called project1.  I could please use some help!!!
I have run SpyBot S&D, Ad-Aware, CWShredder, and Ewido and still cant get this thing fixed!

Also, in my Hijackthis log, it says there are only 39 processes, but in ctrl+alt+del it says there are 47, dont know if that means anything!

I have installed the Perfect Keylogger Lite personally, so i would like to keep that!

Install for now, don't run a scan yet

Set Windows To Show Hidden Files and Folders
    * Click Start.
    * Open My Computer.
    * Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
    * Select the View Tab.
    * Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
    * Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
    * Uncheck the Hide Extensions for known file types
    * Click Yes to confirm.
    * Click OK.

Please Print this out or save these instructions to a Notepad file and save it to your Desktop
RESTART your Computer in SAFE MODE <<--this is important
You can do this by tapping the F8 key as the system is restarting, after the single post beep, or use the link

Using Windows Explore>Find and delete these files if found
C:\WINDOWS\system32\moucrt20.exe <-file

==Open Windows CleanUp!>>START>>programs>>Cleanup!
Click on the CleanUp button, let it finish scanning for files, when it's done
Decline to Log off

Go to START>>>RUN>>>type in services.msc
Hit OK
In the next window, look on the right hand side for this service
name---- System Startup Service

Double click on it--- STOP the service--If running
In the drop down menu, change the startup type to Disabled

Double-click on Nailfix.bat.  Your desktop and icons will disappear and reappear, and a window should open and close very quickly --- this is normal.

Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Restart back to Normal mode

Do another scan with hijackthis and post a fresh log

Ok, i did everything you said except the log from Find_It's.zip
I opened it and hit the FindIt's.bat, but I got a message that said:
