i have made a new boot screen using paint shop pro 7, but im unhappy with the standard 16 colour pallet that windows was using. does anyone know any way i can change the colours in the pallet to suit my new screen better? im running windows xp sp2

Hey would you be able to tell me how to load a pallet for photoshop 9? I want to make my own too, but I cannot find any help

To import the .act file (color palette), go to MODE>COLOR TABLE and then click on LOAD, then find where 16.act file is. It's probably best to download that file first onto your desktop or something, do you have it yet?

If someone could help me that would be great. I did everything correct and it's not working. I edited my bitmaps and followed the directions, booted up in safe mode and overwrote the ntoskrnl.exe file. I know it's working because I edited the little loading bar and that shows up when I boot up but everything else around it is black. Can anybody help?
