Who/what is WAREZ/X?

Downloaded XP Pro (Pre) SP2 iso from P2P and upon booting XP sceen, it says someting modified by Warez/x?  (Virus scan found No virus or anything like that), just wondering who/what is this Warez/x? Thanks.
