Can I have you do the following
Some 016 entries in your log are returning

Can you disable PestPatrols and WinPatrols real time protection
They may be getting in the way of fixing this thing

Keep them disabled until we have you clean

Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

Restart your computer

Run another scan with Hijackthis and post a fresh log afterwards

==Download the Killbox by Option^Explicit. [color=\"red\"]*In the event you already have Killbox, this is a new version that I need you to download[/color].
* UNZIP it to your desktop or a folder

Open a Notepad file..Go to START>>RUN>>Type in notepad
Hit OK
Please copy and paste the rest of these instructions to that notepad file and save this too your desktop

Restart your computer into SAFE MODE

double-click Killbox.exe to run it.
* Select "Delete on Reboot".

* Open the Notepad file where you saved these instructions

Locking this topic
Note to myself, user emailed me a log of all files in system32 folder
Replied and had user remove some other bad files
Assume everything is ok now, but no response in about a week

Part of that log, not all files are bad
