I got a amd 2400+ xp with asus motherboard(km400...not sure whether tht's the model of motherboard or something else on my pc). It has a 64mb shared video card. 256 ddr ram.
Most games...Max Payne 1/2, soldiers of fortune and lots always hang after i play like 2 mins. I tried with least graphics...still hangs. It just hangs with some video frame...and i have to do a hard reset(the one near power button).
I am not sure whether i need a video card seperately...coz a friend of mine having almost same config has no prblms with these games. Is it something with the heating...i tried to open the cpu and play. But din't help...it just hung a lil later.
