need a little help

Hello everybody

Three days ago I had a bundle of viruses and spywares getting down... I've done everything I could... Adware, Spyboot, blaster, Avg, safe mode and delete everything was indicated as suspect. No way... The restore function didn't work no more either...
On Google I've found out someone with the same problem as mine, I mean a start page Res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdocpl.dll/security.htm which couldn't be removed... and the answer to his Hijack log... I deleted the two entries which matched my log and I could restore my home page...
But there are still two big problems: the restore doesn't work and i have  a lot of pop-up windows linked to click2begin.com.
So I think that there are still some things to delete in my Register.. Can you tell me which ones?

I can't delete the two entries linked to the isvrs folder !!! They are right back the next scan. The folder is one of those I've deleted in Safe mode, it's no more on my disk. http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'\' />
I'm not sure about the nsx2.dll, is was created the very moment of the atack, and there is another one next to it, nsx11.dll, the same moment...
