EzDailySurf pays 3% of your account level for an entire year. They even start you off with a $10 account level, and only require you to surf 50 sites to get paid each day. They accept Paypal, Stormpay, e-gold, and also allow you to upgrade from earnings on the 14th of every month. I upgraded with $70 this month which is why my payment was so low.
