You just need to reinstall it again...whatever the technical solution to the actual poblem is probably far far more difficult and probably almost worthless to know...if there is really even a problem ;-P....never know with office.
Ok if you have reinstalled it...and same problem exists....best place to honestly is check
www.microsoft.com look for c++ runtimes i guess...for the love of god i have no idea what to tell you to look for on that problem...when all fails i guess you could run it off disc...or does that work??
