Very sorry for the delay, can you do the following if you still need a hand

You appear to be running 2 anti-virus software on your computer
Norton and Command
Running 2 AV's at the same time can cause conflicts
And do more harm than good
This is not recommended
You should uninstall one or the other

Afterwards
Access your Add/Remove programs and remove any of the following you find
KeenValue
PowerSearch toolbar for IE
SearchUpgrader
BrowserAid
CashToolbar
Web Toolbar
BrowserPal

If you didn't purposely in PartyPoker remove it too

Restart your computer afterwards

Back in Windows
Run Hijackthis again and post a fresh log

Do you want to post your own logs from FRST?

I really wish you wouldn't of installed PC Safe or AdwareFilter or whatever they call themselves now
It's got a bad reputation
I advise you too uninstall it
Also, I would uninstall
My Web Search Bar or MyWay or similiar in add/remove programs
Optional, but I can't imagine why you would install it

Restart your computer

==Create a New folder on your desktop, call it Aboutbuster
(Right click an empty spot on the desktop and select NEW>>FOLDER)
Download to desktop About:Buster 5
by RubbeR Ducky
Unzip it to that new folder

Afterwards, please do the following
Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\WINDOWS\lpisi.dll/sp.html#28129
