Which GFX card

hello everyone.

I hope I'm asked this in the right section.

Im upgrading my PC and I'm currently looking at a couple of GFX cards that are reasonably priced within my budget.  They are....

GeForce 6600GT with 128Mb
GeForce 6800LE with 128Mb
GeForce 6600LE with 256Mb

I'd have thought the 6800LE would be a better choice but I've heard that the LE cards don't have the power that the GT cards have.

Ideally Im looking at a good AGP (not PCI-E) card to accompany an AMD Athlon 2500+ with 512Mb Ram to run such demanding games like Doom 3 etc.

I would really appreciate anyone giving me some help regarding this.

6600GT will beat the other two cards hands down.

if you can afford a 6800 (not LE), then that would do a bit better in aa/af modes.
