Gratis is making a Notebook Site!!

I have received information from a Gratis representative that a free notebooks site is in the works. There aren't any details about when this site will be released but until then the ConGaNetwork has decided to make a ConGa site for it.

You can request a spot in the ConGa. By doing so you agree to do an offer as soon as you sign up and you agree to sign up under the referral link given to you by the ConGaNetwork!
