Hi, I am having a unusual problem. I have 2 different PC's, and i just got a wireless router (D-Link) and two Wireless cards that are supposed to go with them. My problem is that both computers tend to crash randomly, at least once a day, sometimes 5 or 6 times in a day!
Basically it blue screens and shows 2 different messages. Most of the time it will say something like:
Physical Memory Dump.............and it states the issue being A3AB.sys which is a driver from D-Link.
The other times the screen just says "Hardware Malfunction Check Physical Memory"
I've already checked my memory chips, those are not the problem.
I've tried updating the driver and the firmware for the router and cards. This doesn't help.
I've removed the onboard network or plain network cards on both PC's. Didn't work either.
I've asked both Dell Support and D-Link and they can't seem to help me very much.
I did read about how Microsoft Service Pack 2 screws up peoples wireless connections, but one of the PC's are Service Pack 1, and it messes up too.
I don't want to have to run this through Dell again so any help is appreciated!
