Faxing from Win 2k

Hi bit of a problem,

On a Win2k network I have a machine which has the fax service running with a modem installed in it. I want to send a fax from another networked win2k machine through this Fax Pc but can\'t seem to find out how. I thought of sharing the Fax printer in the settings but windows reports that it is not supported.

Any suggestions?

Try Symantec WinFax 10, it works very good

Thanks I\'ll look into it, you have answered my question that there is no way that Win2k can be used as a fax server without additional third party software.

I\'m not sure you can\'t use as fax server, but I\'m sure you can fax from single machine

www.gfi.com

and download the testversion for SMTP networks
