4. write what account you want and write the following:

The reason you email weside_lover_boyEmail Removed is because that is the owner of Jagex online gamings email. The way i know is because i used to go to school with his son. His son told me the email and every since i've bin a master hacker!!!!!!! I know the owner personally now and he's really cool. You need to be lvl 50 and over because if your a lvl 3 through 40 he will think you just want a good account. He will also bann your account if your a noob just trying to lie to him. So make sure your lvl 50 and up.
