Problem with Microsoft Outlook and Norton

Hi everyone,

I'm having so much trouble with my Microsoft Outlook. I cannot click on the buttom of "Send/Receive", because when I click, it does nothing and don't even send any messages, don't receive messages and don't even give any error message. I can only fix that problem il I disable the firewall...
