ACCOUNTS ARE BEING UNBANNED NOW, EVEN ONES THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY PERMANENTLY BANNED. THEY HAVE MADE 12 MONTHS THE LONGEST BAN NOW. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THAT BEFORE GIVING AWAY ANY BANNED ACCOUNT.
