Been seeing those entries in the hosts file when the user also had the newer look2me infection
Which you had
All the entries, but NOT including
127.0.0.1 localhost
but everything below it

The good thing it's not a bad thing having those entries in the hosts file
You may want to leave them and see how everything runs

All addresses
from 127.0.0.1 www.igetnet.com and below

Quote
All those addresses point back to your computer. It effectively prevents your computer from going to those bad websites. When you try to go to those websites your computer "loops back" to your computer because the URL is pointed back at your address.

How is everything else running?

I hope you have SpywareBlaster installed and updated

I would again clear all your System Restore points from the directions I gave you previously

I partially understand the last post.  Should I do/change/erase anything now?  After running Apropos, it seems to be working better.  Should I go through and erase or block any of those IP addresses?

I have Spyware blaster, and it says that it is blocking those addresses, is there anything more I should be doing with Spyware blaster?

Ian

Those entries in your Hosts file look ok to have there

I can't explain it as well as WinHelp2000 can
Take a look at this link

http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm

I hope that link helps
For some final cleanup, can you make sure you clear your System Restore points one more time

Stay safe
