After all of my recent probs. I have noticed that I have 2 "network communications" icons in the control panel. Neither of the sppear as shortcuts added by me. Should I remove one of the icons or what? Here is my hijackthis log:

I will fix the "R0...=\blank.html entry," but why does this entry keep coming back. I constantly run spyware scans but it keeps coming back. Does anyone know why.
