XP HOME WONT REACTIVATE
« on: November 10, 2005, 06:20:07 AM »
Hi.
Can anyone help me. I changed my mother board did a repair & reactivated windows, everything was fine until my video card died and took out my new motherboard. After fitting another new motherboard I had to repair windows to get it to boot. Now its asking me to activate windows. Only problem when I try to activate it says the key I used has run out & I need to purchase a new key? What do I do now?
This is a Legal Copy I Purchased so I could go out on the Internet, Ive only used it 3 times so what gives? Why does Microsoft only give me 3 activations. If I have to buy new key I will go to linux instaed.

Don't bother calling up Micro$oft. Just get an activation crack and  your laughing

Windows: A thirty-two bit extension and GUI shell to a sixteen bit patch to an eight bit operating system originally coded for a four bit microprocessor and sold by a two-bit company that can't stand one bit of competition.

For God's Sake, stop using Micro$oft's stuff - it has security like a piece of swiss cheese!

Use the activate by phone option after you try to activate it again.
Call the number given and tell the microsoft rep what the problem is.
He or she will give you a pin number to type into the activation screen.
Takes all of five minutes to do and you can do this as many times as you need.
I have a retail version of XP Home that does that now.
Of course I bought it on Nov. 2001 and since then I have activated it by phone about twice a year.
