When ever im play a halflife game/steam  online sometimes the computer will just restrt it self and when in it reboots says recvoverd from a serios error heres what it says:

Error type : Windows stop error (A message appears on a blue screen with error code information)
Solution available? : No (see Next steps)
What does this error mean? : Windows has encountered an error from which it cannot recover and needs to restart
Cause : Unknown device driver

I'm guessing it could be that you might have to update your Video or sound drivers
I'm not sure

Try the following and see if you can pinpoint down the exact error message
Right click on "MyComputer"
Left click properties>>Click on the Advanced tab
Under Startup and Recovery, click on Settings
Under System Failure uncheck Automatically Restart
Ok out of there

The next time it wants to crash, it may not restart but give you more info on the error
